TWO CHEFS ON A ROLL : EXECUTIVE TEAM
Eliot is Co-Founder and Co-Chair of Two Chefs On A Roll, Inc, a supplier of premium custom savory and bakery products for retailers and the foodservice trade. Products include desserts, sauces, soups, dips, and dressings. The facility is QAI certified organic and KSA kosher. NFPA and NSF have approved the plant for third party food safety audits.
Eliot’s passion for food was the driving decision to attend the prestige’s Culinary Institute Of America in Hyde Park NY. Upon graduation, Eliot held positions as executive chef at various white tablecloth restaurants and has consulted in the development and execution of restaurant openings. Eliot began his career in the hospitality industry at an early age working in his father’s family run restaurant, where he learned first-hand the entrepreneurial spirit.
Eliot is a member of The Executive Committee (TEC). He is on the planning committee for the City of Carson Chamber of Commerce. Eliot is a member of The American Institute of Baking (AIB), and the Food Product Association (FPA), Eliot has been a volunteer for over 10 years at the emergency room at Torrance Memorial Hospital. In 2003, Eliot received, after four years of study, his black belt in TaeKwonDo.
Eliot lives in Redondo Beach, California, with his wife Gale and their daughter Rebecca.
