TWO CHEFS ON A ROLL : EXECUTIVE TEAM
Gerson Espindola joined Two Chefs On A Roll, Inc., a manufacturer of custom savory and bakery goods, as Director of Quality in the summer of 2003. The quality team focuses on developing and maintaining World Class Quality Systems and Food Safety programs to meet and surpass customer expectations. The Quality teams works closely to suppliers and customers to develop strong partnerships and continuous improvement opportunities driving innovation and the highest degree of quality through out the Supply Chain.
Gerson brings to the TCOR team over 15 years of experience in quality with background in the petrochemical, diagnostics, and food industries. Over the years, Gerson has experienced and participated in the evolution of quality management from quality control to quality systems and process based frameworks in manufacturing. Prior to join TCOR, Gerson was the corporate quality systems manager for International Food Solutions, a division of Unilever-Bestfoods North America. Prior to that, Gerson held quality assurance positions with Diagnostic Products Corporation supporting the development of IMMULITE technology.
Gerson attended and received degrees in Analytical Chemistry and Engineering in his homeland Brazil and is an alumna of Mt. Saint Mary’s College, Los Angeles where he received his International Business degree. As an active member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) Management Division, Institute of Food Technology (IFT) and Food Processors Association (FPA), on-going improvements are brought to TCOR to bring the Best in Class to quality systems and food safety programs.
Gerson resides in West Hollywood where he supports the community by participating in multiple organizations improving the quality of life of those living with HIV/AIDS such as NAPWA, APLA and Angel Food Project. Also, he is a Foundation Program student at Khandakapala Buddhist Center. In his own words, “Bad quality is bad karma!”
