TWO CHEFS ON A ROLL : EXECUTIVE TEAM
Lori founded Two Chefs On A Roll in 1985 as
a wholesale dessert company with the idea of baking and selling an American
line of desserts to her peers, other chefs. The company has evolved over the
years into a custom and private label manufacturing company of bakery and
savory products located in Carson, California with a 100,000 square foot facility.
Maintaining the same food driven approach from day one Two Chefs on a Roll
has grown to be recognized as one of the foremost designers and producers
of innovative custom sauces, dips, soups and desserts. TCOR’s customer-driven
approach has made them the leader in servicing casual dining chains and specialty
food retailers. Lori is now in the role of Chief Inspiration Officer/Founding
Chef and Co-Chair.
A proud graduate of the Culinary Institute of America Lori currently serves on the alumni committee of the CIA. She is an active participant in the Women’s Foodservice Forum and received the 2004 Entrepreneur of the Year Award (www.womensfoodserviceforum.com). She serves on the board of the Research Chefs Association (www.researchchef.org) and the board of the Food Products Association (www.nfpa-food.org). Lori has served as a guest lecturer for MBA programs at prestigious schools such as Pepperdine University and the California Polytechnic Collins School of Hospitality Management. Lori has been a member of TEC (The Executive Committee) for over five years.
